Distinguished Club Award

The distinguished Club Award recognizes a club’s activity and productivity at every level of program involvement.  Individual clubs’ must accept the responsibility for sending in a Club Activity Report to the International Office for consideration for the award.  A club must be at charter strength when filling the Club Activity Report to apply for this Award.

Points are scored in several areas:  Service, Membership, Programming, Leadership, Communication and Foundation.  Clubs must score an overall total of 120 points out of 150.

A list of Distinguished Clubs will be distributed at the end of each fiscal year.  Clubs that qualify for the award during the first year of the biennium will receive a banner patch by mail at the end of the first fiscal year.  Clubs that qualify during the second year of the biennium will receive a banner patch at the upcoming International Convention.  Winners from both years of the biennium will be recognized at the International Convention.
